First Time Visitors
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your starting time in order to experience Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club and its amenities. Upon arrival, the outside operations staff will meet you in the bag drop area and direct you to the golf shop. After checking in for your starting time, you will be directed to the practice facility where you can warm up before going out on the course. Our starter will announce and call for you 15 minutes prior to your starting time and will direct you to the first tee to begin your golf experience.
Dress Attire
Appropriate attire is required and must be observed at all times. Denim, bathing attire, T-shirts, gym shorts, tank tops, tube tops, halter tops, mesh shirts, cut-off shorts, short shorts, tennis outfits, and other dress of a similar nature are not appropriate. Shorts may be worn but must be of Bermuda length, men must wear collared shirts. Mock turtle necks are acceptable, but must have a collar length of at least 1 ½ inches. Women are allowed to wear collarless attire.
Cancellation Policy
Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club has a 48 hour cancellation policy for your starting time. If you need to cancel or reduce the number of players in your group, please contact the Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club golf shop. If the change is not noted within the 48 hour cancellation policy window, you and your party will be responsible for charges.
Pace of Play
It is the responsibility of each player to maintain a reasonable pace throughout their round of golf to ensure that each and every golfer may enjoy their experience. Expected pace of play differs depending upon the starting time and weather conditions. Remember, “Ready Golf” is one key component for successfully maintaining the pace of play goal.
